Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Punggol LRT Line for Kadaloor LRT Station, enter upon the railway area in the land described as MK 21 Lot 02362T pt (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the railway area in the specified land.
