Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Downtown Line 1 from Upper Cross Street to Rochor Road (serving Chinatown, Telok Ayer, Downtown, Bayfront, Promenade and Bugis MRT Stations), enter upon the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over those areas of the lands.
