Clause 13

Annual accounts of the revenue and expenditure of the Fund and of redundancy payments paid into the Fund and of payments made out of the Fund and interest credited to members of the Fund during the year ended on the 31st day of December, together with a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Fund shall, after being audited and certified by the Director of Audit, be presented to Parliament as soon as practicable after the close of each year and shall thereafter without delay be published in the Gazette.
