Clause 24

Section 59 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) A person who has been required by the Registrar to produce a document, an article or a device for projecting a non‑physical product must not, without lawful excuse, fail to produce the document, article or device.”.
