Clause 67

Amendment of Merchant Shipping Act 1995

Section 91 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Registrar of Births and Deaths” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “Registrar‑General of Births and Deaths”; and

(b)

by deleting subsections (3) and (4).
