In the Registration of Criminals Act 1949, in the First Schedule, after Part 11, insert —“Part 12OFFENCES UNDER OTHER LAWS INCLUDED WITH EFFECT FROM 1 MAY 2026Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993 Section 15(6) in respect of a contravention of section 15(1), section 15(7) in respect of a contravention of section 15(2), section 16(4) in respect of a contravention of section 16(1), section 16(5) in respect of a contravention of section 16(2), section 16A(4) in respect of a contravention of section 16A(1) or (2), sections 19B(1), 19C(1), 19D(1), 19E(1), 19G(1) and (2), 19H(1) and 19I(1).”.
