Clause 7
The principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately above section 1, the following heading:“PART IPRELIMINARY”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately below section 3, the following heading:“PART IIREGISTRATION OF CRIMINALS”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately below section 7, the following heading:“PART IIITAKING OF FINGER IMPRESSIONS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND PARTICULARS”.
