Regulation 3
Application for removal of information from identification database or DNA database

An application mentioned in section 37(2) or (4) of the Act must be made —
(a)
where the applicant is a Singpass holder, online using the form accessible through https://police.gov.sg/E-Services/Apply-for-Removal-of-DNA-and-Identifying-Information; or
(b)
where the applicant is not a Singpass holder, in the form and manner specified on the website at https://police.gov.sg/E-Services/Apply-for-Removal-of-DNA-and-Identifying-Information.
