of Rehabilitation Loan Appropriation (Repeal) Ordinance

Clause 2

Unexpended balance to be paid into Development Fund and outstanding claims to be paid out of the Consolidated Fund

Upon the coming into operation of this Ordinance —

(a)

all the unexpended balance of money remaining after defraying expenditure under the 1946 Rehabilitation Loan Appropriation Ordinance, 1947, shall be paid into the Development Fund established by section 2 of the Development Fund Ordinance, 1959 (Ord. 52 of 1959); and

(b)

any claim outstanding under the provisions of the 1946 Rehabilitation Loan Appropriation Ordinance, 1947, shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund.
