Amendment of section 7

Section 7 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “immovable property” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the word “land”;

(b)

by deleting the words “statutory declaration” in subsection (1) and substituting the word “declaration”;

(c)

by deleting the word “property” in subsection (1)(b)(i) and (ii) and substituting in each case the word “land”; and

(d)

by deleting the words “statutory declarations” in the marginal note and substituting the word “declarations”.
