Regulation 6
Prescribed thickness or density of reusable bags
For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “reusable bag” in section 23A of the Act —
(a)
the prescribed thickness is a minimum thickness of 50 microns; and
(b)
the prescribed density is a minimum density of 80 grams per square metre.
