Definitions
In these Regulations —“beverage container” has the meaning given by section 23M(1) of the Act;“licence” means a licence to operate a producer responsibility scheme granted under section 29(2) of the Act;“licensee” means a person who is issued a licence;“regulated product” has the meaning given by section 7(1) of the Act.
