Clause 4

Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “booklet” wherever it appears in subsections (2), (3) and (4), the words “or loose-leaf edition of any Act, treaty, convention or other instrument”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 10(1) or (3)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “section 10”.
