This Order may be cited as the Revised Edition of the Laws (Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act) (Rectification) Order 2014.

Citation
This Order may be cited as the Revised Edition of the Laws (Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act) (Rectification) Order 2014.
Rectification of error
In section 2 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act (Cap. 168, 1985 Ed.) —
delete the full‑stop at the end of the definition of “maintenance order” and substitute a semi‑colon; and
immediately after the definition of “maintenance order”, insert:“ “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made by the Minister.”.
