Regulation 2

Rectification of error

In section 2 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act (Cap. 168, 1985 Ed.) —

(a)

delete the full‑stop at the end of the definition of “maintenance order” and substitute a semi‑colon; and

(b)

immediately after the definition of “maintenance order”, insert:“ “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made by the Minister.”.
