Amendment of heading and subheading
The principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the expression —“REGULATION OF VEHICLESClassification of Motor Vehicles”,appearing immediately above section 3 thereof and substituting therefor the words “REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES”.
