Clause 2

Section 10A(4) of the Road Traffic Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:“(ea)provide for a rebate on all or any part of the levy payable for the issue of a permit under this section, in such circumstances as may be permitted by the rules;”.
