Clause 18

The principal Act is amended by deleting the words “the Schedule” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “the First Schedule”:Sections 19(3)(c), (3A) and (7), 35(8)(a) and (b) and (9) and 42A(1)(a) and (d)(iii).
