Clause 14

Section 27(1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d), the following paragraph:“(da)if the Registrar becomes aware of a circumstance that would have required or permitted the Registrar to refuse to register the vehicle, had the Registrar been aware of the circumstance immediately before registering the vehicle;”.
