Amendment of section 7J

Subsection (3) of section 7J of the Road Traffic Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph: —“(d)in the case of a motor vehicle to which section 41D of this Act applies, that a test certificate in respect of the vehicle has been issued at any time within three months prior to the issue of the vehicle licence or within such other period as the Registrar may approve.”.
