Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to the vehicle bearing the engine number DEC012851 and chassis number WUAZZZF42KA900281 that is registered in the name of CARS & COFFEE GEM PTE. LTD. (UEN 202039041M).
