Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Mumtaz Akhtar Nawaz and bearing the engine number 62801064 and chassis number WP0ZZZ99Z8S786226.
