Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Mohit Sagar and bearing the engine number N732111721 and chassis number JS1CE111100106099.
