Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Willem Hermanus Boxem and bearing the engine number N513E028019 and chassis number JYARN161000007793.
