Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Bharat Dharmadas Kalwani and bearing the engine number AM07/11174 and chassis number SCFBE04C19GD11153.
