Exemption
Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicles bearing chassis numbers 71321 and 71322 belonging to Katoen Natie Sembcorp Jurong Pte Ltd.
