Every vehicle to which these Rules apply must be installed with an approved speed warning device.

These Rules shall apply to —
(a)
any goods vehicle having a maximum laden weight of not more than 3.0 metric tons which is registered using a certificate of entitlement issued before 1st April 1998; or
(b)
any goods vehicle having a maximum laden weight of not more than 3.5 metric tons which is registered using a certificate of entitlement issued on or after 1st April 1998.
Subregulation 3
These Rules shall not apply to a trivan or motor cycle with a sidecar attached thereto.
