Regulation 12

Any person who is aggrieved by the refusal of a test certificate or the grounds thereof may appeal to the Registrar.

Every appeal shall be made on a form approved by the Registrar and shall contain the particulars required by that form.

As soon as is reasonably practicable after the receipt of the appeal, the Registrar shall send a notice to the appellant stating where and when an examination for the purposes of the appeal is to take place.
