Every application for authorisation shall be made to the Registrar and shall be signed by the applicant or, where the applicant is a firm or a body corporate, by a person who is duly authorised to do so by the firm or body corporate.

An applicant for authorisation must make to the Registrar a separate application in respect of each vehicle testing station at which the applicant proposes to carry out any examination.
