Regulation 51
Subregulation 1
A private hire bus may be used for the conveyance of school children to and from their school.
Subregulation 2
The provisions of Part VII, with the exception of rules 43, 44(b) and 48, shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to a private hire bus which is being used for the conveyance of school children as they apply to a school bus.
