Regulation 4

that the Registrar cancels the registration of the exempted vehicle under section 27(1) or (1A) of the Act;

that any condition to which the exemption is subject under paragraph 5 ceases to be satisfied;

in the case of an exempted vehicle that is a public service vehicle, that the Registrar revokes the public service vehicle licence issued to that exempted vehicle under section 108 of the Act; or

in the case of an exempted vehicle that is exempted under paragraph 3(k)(ii), that the registered owner of the exempted vehicle ceases to be a staff member of the international organisation or visiting military force.
