Regulation 1
Citation, commencement and application
These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Motor Vehicles) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 12th July 1999.(2) These Rules shall not apply to any motor vehicle —
in respect of which a permit has been issued under section 25 of the Act;
which has been approved by the Registrar as a vintage vehicle pursuant to rule 5(2) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5); or
which is a trailer.
Subregulation 1
These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Rebate on Licence Fee for Motor Vehicles) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 12th July 1999.
Subregulation 2
These Rules shall not apply to any motor vehicle —
in respect of which a permit has been issued under section 25 of the Act;
which has been approved by the Registrar as a vintage vehicle pursuant to rule 5(2) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5); or
which is a trailer.
