Definitions
In these Rules —“additional quota premium”, in respect of a specified taxi, means the difference between the following sums:
the quota premium paid under rule 14(1A)(d) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) (as in force immediately before 15 September 2022) when the specified taxi was registered;
90% of the average of the quota premiums payable for certificates of entitlement in relation to the category of vehicles specified in rule 3(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules issued during the 3 months immediately preceding the month in which the specified taxi was registered;“certificate of entitlement” and “quota premium” have the meanings given by rule 2(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules;“specified taxi” means any taxi registered in the name of Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd (UEN 199303821R) and bearing any of the vehicle registration numbers set out in the Schedule.
