Definitions
of Road Traffic (Singapore Yachting Festival 2026 — Exemption) Order 2026
In this Order —“chauffeured private hire car” means a motor car that —
does not ply for hire on any road; and
is hired, or made available for hire, under a contract (express or implied) for use as a whole with a driver for the purpose of conveying the hirer, and one or more passengers (if any), in that car;“exempt sole proprietor” means the sole proprietor known as RedAce Limo (UEN 53395806K);“Singapore Yachting Festival 2026” means the event known as the Singapore Yachting Festival 2026 taking place in Singapore between 23 April 2026 and 26 April 2026 (both dates inclusive), and includes any meetings and social events held in connection with the event.
