Definitions
In this Order —“qualified person” means an individual —
who is registered with, and trained and authorised by TUM CREATE to drive a specified vehicle; and
who holds a valid Class 3 driving licence granted under the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) Rules (R 27);“relevant period” means the period from 6 July 2015 to 5 July 2017 (both dates inclusive);“specified area” means the areas specified in Parts 1 and 2 of the First Schedule;“specified rules” means the rules specified in the Second Schedule;“specified vehicle” means the prototype electric vehicle (known as “EVA”) developed and used by TUM CREATE;“TUM CREATE” means the company incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap. 50) under the name “TUM CREATE Limited”.
