Regulation 15
Subregulation 1
No person shall use the Certification Mark unless he holds a valid licence authorising him to manufacture Specified Singapore Rubber.
Subregulation 2
Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
