Clause 24

The First Schedule to the Environmental Public Health Act (Cap. 95, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “a food processing establishment as described in the Second Schedule to” in paragraphs 1 and 2 and substituting in each case the words “a non‑retail food business within the meaning of”.
