Regulation 8

A member of the Board shall, if he is in any way directly or indirectly interested in a contract made or proposed to be made by the Board, disclose the nature of his interest at a meeting of the Board as soon as the relevant circumstances have come to his knowledge.

Any disclosure made by a member under paragraph (1) shall be recorded in the minutes of the Board, and that member shall not take part in any deliberation or decision by the Board with respect to that contract.
