Effect of revocation or suspension of licence
(1)
Where any revocation or suspension of a licence becomes effective under section 8(5), the licensee shall cease to carry on the business of a secondhand goods dealer.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not prejudice the enforcement by any person of any right or claim against the licensee or by the licensee of any right or claim against any person arising out of or concerning any matter or thing done prior to the revocation or suspension of the licence.
