Amendment of section 330
Section 330(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b); and
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(d)the affairs of the trustee-manager of a registered business trust; or
(e)
a registered business trust which is managed and operated by the trustee-manager of the registered business trust,”.
