Clause 26

Amendment of section 92

Section 92 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, renewal or variation of a licence” and substituting the words “or variation of a capital markets services licence”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “, renewal or variation of licence” in the section heading and substituting the words “or variation of capital markets services licence”.
