New section 43A
The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 43, the following section:“Power of Authority to exempt recognised market operators from provisions of this Part43A.—
(1)
The Authority may exempt a recognised market operator or a class of recognised market operators from any of the provisions in this Part if it is satisfied that the non-compliance by such recognised market operator or class of recognised market operators with such provision would not detract from the objectives specified in section 5.(2) Such exemption shall be subject to such conditions or restrictions as may be imposed by the Authority.”.
