Clause 79

Amendment of section 282L

Section 282L(9) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “recognised” in paragraph (a) and substituting the word “overseas”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (g) and substituting the following paragraph:“(g)is a disclosure, notice, report or publication of a description prescribed by the Authority, and such other conditions as the Authority may prescribe are satisfied; or”.
