Amendment of section 81T

Section 81T of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a), the following sub-paragraph:“(ia)licensed trade repositories;”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “designated” in paragraph (a)(ii) and substituting the word “approved”.
