Clause 85
Section 328(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “person operating a clearing facility, designated clearing house,” in the definition of “relevant person” and substituting the words “licensed trade repository, licensed foreign trade repository, approved clearing house, recognised clearing house,”.
