Amendment of section 91
Section 91(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “in cash or in such other form as the Authority may prescribe in respect of that licence” and substituting the words “as the Authority may prescribe by regulations made under section 100 in respect of that licence and in such form as the Authority may specify”.
