Clause 61
Any failure by a clearing house to comply with this Act or its business rules in relation to a matter shall not prevent the matter from being treated for the purposes of this Act as done in accordance with the business rules so long as the failure does not substantially affect the rights of a person entitled to require compliance with the business rules.
