Clause 88
(1)
The Authority may grant or renew a licence subject to such conditions or restrictions as it thinks fit.
(2)
The Authority may, at any time, by notice in writing to a licensed person, vary any condition or restriction or impose such further condition or restriction as it may think fit.
(3)
Any person who contravenes any condition or restriction in his licence shall be guilty of an offence.
(4)
Where the Authority imposes or varies any condition or restriction under this section, the Authority need not give the licensed person an opportunity to be heard.
