Exemption

The responsible person for Ascendas Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust is exempt from the requirement under section 295(2) of the Act to take the necessary steps to wind up Ascendas Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust following the withdrawal of the Authority’s authorisation of Ascendas Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust under section 288(7) of the Act.
