For the purposes of sections 240(8) and 296(6) of the Act, the prescribed period shall be the period between the 7th and 21st days (both days inclusive) from the date of lodgment of the prospectus or profile statement with the Authority.

For the purposes of sections 240(8A) and 296(6A) of the Act, the prescribed day shall be the 7th day from the date of lodgment of the prospectus or profile statement with the Authority.
